Creamy developer characterized by its easy to mix texture. It ensures brilliant colour results and is sufficient for about 150 applications.
Rose Gold Stick & Mini Cosmetic Dish:
Application stick and mini cosmetic dish to mix and apply RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints.
Application stick now has the added feature of a comb so that tint can be brushed through the lashes and brows for optimal results.
