Order Status

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

Backordered items are those which are currently not in stock, but as soon as they are, we will contact you to let you know that the item is back in stock and ready to ship to you.

We will ship your order once payment has been received. You will receive your order within 10 – 15 business days depending on your country / location. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Shipping

We ship to all countries except: Libya, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

When you create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Australian Orders
Unfortunately we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping for all orders within Australian is $10.95.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. We are required by custom authorities to state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you have provided a shipping address outside of Australia, we advise you to check with the destination country if any custom fees, taxes and duties may apply before placing your order.
