How do I return an item?

All returns must be authorised by Arbré Beauty Programs Pty Ltd in writing. No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days of delivery. Only unopened products will be accepted. Once a return is approved by Arbré Beauty Programs Pty Ltd, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Please fill out the return form (which will be emailed to you by Arbré customer service) and send the package, containing any items you wish to return, to:
