Arbré Skin Technology has a history of more than
30 years in the professional beauty therapy industry. Over this time Arbré have
developed a range of products specifically for the professional beauty therapy
industry, with an emphasis on professional treatments.
Arbré was established in 1976 by Mr Peter and
Janet Harris with the opening of the first Arbré beauty salon in
Sydney and followed soon after with the opening of a second and
third salon. Not long after the three salons were established, Peter
and Janet's passion for skin health and the specific professional
training requirements needed by professional beauty therapists,
resulted in the opening of two Arbré training colleges in Sydney.
In their quest to find products of exceptional
quality that really performed in professional treatments to produce
real and noticeable results, Peter and Janet were driven to develop
a range of professional Arbré skin care products. Arbré products
were initially developed and trialled in the training colleges and
salons.
In 1989 Arbré established their first
manufacturing facility
in Sydney to commercially manufacture skin care, cosmeceuticals and depilatory products.
With an increasing demand for Arbré products
three more factory's were purchased and in 2002 the time had come to
consolidate the 4 factories into one purpose built manufacturing
facility. An air-conditioned state of the art manufacturing facility
was built at Thornton NSW in the Hunter Valley, was officially
opened by the Premier of NSW, and
has since been awarded international recognition and accreditation
for quality management systems.
Since Arbré entry into the Australian market over
30 years ago, Arbré has established export markets in many countries
with products now being used in salons and spas internationally.
Today, the Arbré passion for skin health, skin
care products and beauty therapy is as strong as ever. Arbré
continue to develop products and treatments using bio-technology
with the best that nature has to offer. In doing this, we strive to
provide the beauty therapy industry and consumers with products and
treatments that are relevant and deliver real and noticeable
